How long will it take for me to receive artwork?
We require approximately 2 working days for initial designs. Once this has been signed off and the order has been placed with the factory as part of the order process a production proof will also follow for approval shortly after.
If I only have a rough sketch of my medal design, is this satisfactory?
This is no problem. Simply send us your guidelines with any logos (if any) you want incorporating and we will design your medal FREE of charge.
How long will it take for me to receive artwork for my approval?
Normally within 2-3 working days.
After receiving my medal design back for approval, what if I still require changes?
No problem. We will keep amending your design until you are completely happy with it!
Will there be any charge for these amendments?
Not at all. All further amendments are complimentary.
